Ferrazzi Greenlight’s Executive Sponsor Enablement program supercharges our clients’ Executive Sponsor programs by engendering the requisite mindsets, providing the appropriate tools to drive success, and ensuring accountability by program members and senior leadership.

We begin the process by facilitating a session with client account team members to enhance program interest and develop relationship specific skillsets, and build an executive sponsor dashboard to show the relationship state with each contact.  We then gain buy-in by developing and implementing a contract of accountability and engaging an executive to act as an internal hero.  Finally, we conduct gatekeeper training to gain leverage on behalf of executive sponsors and account teams.
