Executive Sponsor Development Program

One of the key elements of any successful Executive Sponsor program is the ability to rotate executive sponsors in and out of the program in the most efficient and effective manner.  Ferrazzi Greenlight’s Executive Sponsor Development program ensures continuity and consistency of the program over time by providing a process and framework to bring in new sponsors and leverage alumni as mentors.

We establish criteria to identify additional executive sponsor candidates and evaluate relative program fit.  We also develop a rotation process for alumni.  Newer members will benefit from an executive sponsor mentor corps and an executive sponsor best practices and responsibilities manual and accountability contract.

By formalizing the process in this way, companies will achieve greater consistency and continuity over time.  They’ll have an efficient and effective executive sponsor program, and will be able to onboard new sponsors quickly, institutionalizing program learnings for the benefit of future participants.
