Administrative Assistant /Travel Coordinator - Ferrazzi Greenlight - Los Angeles, CA

Utilizing your strong communication skills, you will actively build and maintain quality business relationships with the executive management team, vendors and to better manage travel arrangements including domestic / international flights, hotel, ground transportation accommodations, and their billing. Our Executive travels 250+ days a year. Additionally, you will perform the following duties:

  • Schedule meetings, compose correspondence and draft letters
  • Assist with budget preparation and project management for different activities that will change the world as we know it
  • Schedule personal appointments and work hand in hand with Executive’s House Manager

Job Description

    We are looking for a webby, design-oriented individual to handle front-end design and development tasks on a Drupal-based website.  The ideal candidate should work well as part of a small development team and be interested in integrating their design and development vision with a larger, pre-existing site.

    He or she has experience creating design-forward, user-centered web applications utilizing the following technologies: Drupal, Web Standards, UX Design Principles (wireframing, info architecture, interactive prototypes, user scenarios, etc.), Interactive Design (typography, user interfaces, motion graphics), XHTML/CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Flash.
